You will conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and participate in industry conferences to showcase our portfolio to key decision-makers. Key Requirements
Degree in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or a related technical scientific field.
Proven track record in technical sales, specifically within the laboratory or medical industry.
Deep understanding of laboratory equipment, reagents, and diagnostic products.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated individual with a results-driven approach to meeting sales targets.
Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and monitor competitor activity.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and professional sales reporting tools.
Effective communication skills in English and Swahili for diverse client interactions.
