Precision Facade LLC is expanding and looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to join our operations in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. We specialize in high-quality façade solutions, delivering excellence in architectural aluminum and glass engineering. The Site Engineer will play a crucial role in overseeing on-site installation and ensuring that all facade works are executed according to technical drawings and safety standards. This full-time position offers a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
You will be the primary point of contact on-site, coordinating with contractors and internal project teams to ensure smooth progress. The role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to solve technical challenges in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Requirements
Relevant experience in the Aluminum & Glass industry
Practical knowledge of facade installation techniques
Ability to interpret complex technical drawings
Strong site supervision and coordination skills
Commitment to on-site health and safety standards
Effective problem-solving skills in the field
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Ability to manage site resources and manpower
Strong communication skills for contractor liaison
Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions on-site
