Precision Facade LLC is seeking a detailed-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. We specialize in high-quality façade solutions, delivering excellence in architectural aluminum and glass engineering. The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes to ensure that all aluminum and glass products meet industry standards and client specifications. This full-time role offers a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
You will perform inspections, manage quality documentation, and ensure that all materials used meet the required certifications. This is a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. You will work closely with both the production and site teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions, ensuring that the final facade solution is of the highest caliber.

Key Requirements
Relevant experience in the Aluminum & Glass industry
In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures
Experience in performing technical inspections
Ability to manage QA/QC documentation and reports
Understanding of international building standards
Strong attention to detail and precision
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management
Proficiency in root cause analysis and corrective actions
Strong communication skills for inter-departmental liaison
Ability to work in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi
