ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER @ PRECISION AIR TANZANIA
Precision Air is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Officer to join the Technical and Maintenance Department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department by providing high-level administrative support, managing departmental schedules, and facilitating communication across the organization. This position requires an individual who can handle multifaceted tasks, including the coordination of executive meetings, preparation of formal correspondence, and complex travel arrangements.
Beyond routine administrative tasks, the Administrative Officer will act as a key liaison between the Technical department and other corporate divisions. Candidates should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced aviation environment where accuracy and adherence to strict regulations are paramount. Key Requirements
Diploma or higher degree in Business Administration or Public Administration.
3-5 years of verifiable experience in an executive-level administrative role.
Demonstrated proficiency in standard office computer applications and software.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven ability to work effectively as a collaborative team player.
High level of integrity, transparency, and personal accountability.
Proactive attitude with the ability to manage complex schedules.
Understanding of Aviation Regulations and industry-specific compliance standards.
Familiarity with Airline Operational workflows and departmental coordination.
Previous experience in marketing strategies is considered an added advantage.
