HEAD OF PRODUCTION PAINTS & COATINGS @ PRATRIK
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Production for a leading Paints & Coatings manufacturing company located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Key Requirements
Extensive experience in the Paints & Coatings industry
Proven expertise in R&D, NPD, and formulation development
Strong knowledge of QA, QC, and laboratory operations
Experience in managing the complete product lifecycle
Proficiency in ISO, ASTM, BIS, or EN quality standards
Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary technical teams
Experience in cost optimization and manufacturing excellence
Ability to manage raw material evaluation and stability studies
Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes
Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred
