Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education from a recognized university in Tanzania
Proven experience in early childhood teaching and leadership
Strong communication and organizational skills
A genuine love for children and a nurturing personality
Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities for infants and toddlers.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards early childhood development.
Knowledge of child safety and first aid procedures.
