Power Group Technologies Tanzania Limited is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee operations, manage projects, supervise teams, ensure compliance, and improve business performance within a technical and engineering environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget while driving overall operational performance across various sites.
Key responsibilities include managing costs and resources, leading and developing site teams, and growing business opportunities. The manager will ensure that all safety and compliance standards are strictly followed, while monitoring KPIs and providing detailed reports to senior management. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a deep background in electrical engineering and large-scale project management.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
Master’s degree or professional certification in Project Management or Operations Management is an added advantage
Minimum 15 years of experience in operations or project management in a technical/engineering environment
Proven experience managing multiple projects, site teams, and supervisors simultaneously
Strong skills in project planning and strategic execution
Demonstrated ability in budgeting and financial resource management
Expertise in KPI monitoring and operational reporting
Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and quality compliance standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting abilities
Minimum age requirement: 45 years
