Key Requirements
B.Com / B.Tech or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution.
A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing, or Factory Operations.
Specific and extensive experience working within the Plastic Manufacturing Industry.
Proven track record in managing overall business operations and factory processes.
Ability to develop and drive comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
Demonstrated leadership skills in managing large, diverse teams and operational staff.
