FIELD OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR @ POSTA RESUME
Posta Resume is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our extensive digital screen network, static billboards, and outdoor advertising structures. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all construction activities are executed to the highest standards, focusing heavily on site safety, structural integrity, and project efficiency. This is an office-based role that requires frequent site visits to monitor progress and maintain our high operational standards across the Dar es Salaam region. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who excels at managing contractor relationships and ensuring that every project is completed safely, on time, and within the defined quality parameters. Key Requirements
At least 2 years of proven experience in field operations or construction supervision.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for design review and implementation.
Strong understanding of structural safety systems and construction site protocols.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with contractors and project teams.
Proven experience in ensuring quality and safety compliance on construction sites.
Excellent problem-solving skills for managing field-based project challenges.
Strong organizational and communication skills for operational management.
Ability to interpret and modify technical architectural and structural drawings.
Solid understanding of material specifications used in outdoor advertising structures.
