FIELD OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR @ POSTA RESUME
A leading company operating the largest digital screen network alongside static billboards and outdoor advertising structures is looking for a skilled Field Operations Supervisor to oversee site operations, ensure structural safety, and monitor construction activities. The successful candidate will be based in Dar es Salaam and will play a critical role in maintaining high standards across all field projects, ensuring that structural integrity and safety protocols are strictly followed in alignment with industry regulations. The role involves consistent coordination with contractors, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of site operations. You will be responsible for translating design concepts into physical reality while ensuring all construction milestones are met on time and within budget. Key Requirements
At least 2 years of proven experience in construction site supervision or operations management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for design preparation and review.
Strong understanding of structural safety systems and quality compliance standards.
Demonstrated ability in contractor coordination and project team management.
Knowledge of outdoor advertising infrastructure and relevant industry standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail during site inspections.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
Ability to produce detailed technical reports and project progress updates.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
