Poseidon Logistics Tanzania is actively seeking a highly experienced Stock Control & Customer Service Manager to join their team in Tanzania. This critical role is integral to the company's operations, focusing on ensuring seamless stock control, maintaining shipment visibility, and delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented leader capable of introducing structure, accountability, and a strong customer focus within a dynamic logistics environment.

Furthermore, the manager will be tasked with overseeing all aspects of customer communication, managing key performance indicators (KPIs), and fostering collaborative efforts across various departments including operations, finance, and commercial teams. A deep understanding of the Tanzanian market is highly advantageous for this role.
