Key Requirements
10 years of logistics experience
Deep knowledge of customs processes
Deep knowledge of terminal documentation processes
Proven leadership in operations management
Ability to coordinate shipping line activities effectively
Experience in team performance management and development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Proficiency in relevant logistics software and systems
