The Procurement & Stores Officer for Supply Chain & Administration will play a pivotal role in managing the logistical backbone of PMM ESTATES (2001) LTD. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring that all operational supplies and fleet spares are sourced efficiently and cost-effectively. This involves sophisticated supplier negotiation, inventory control, and the implementation of robust stores management systems to support our busy Dar es Salaam operations. In addition to administrative duties, you will ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements, including PSPTB and other mandatory certifications. Your role is central to maintaining the flow of materials necessary for the workshop and ICD operations, requiring a high level of organization and strategic planning. By overseeing the supply chain from requisition to delivery, you will help drive the overall productivity and vision of the company.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Procurement & Logistics or Supply Chain Management Mandatory CPSP-T or CIPS certification Mandatory PSPTB Registration 10+ years in procurement and stores management Extensive experience in fleet spares and operational supplies Advanced negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers Strong expertise in inventory control systems and software Demonstrated ability in end-to-end supply chain management High level of professional integrity and ethics Excellent analytical and organizational skills
