SEO CONTENT RESEARCHER @ PLOT INSIDER
We are seeking an SEO Content Researcher as a founding member for Plot Insider in Nigeria. This role requires someone who understands the 'why' behind search behavior and can identify hidden opportunities in keywords to turn them into content that ranks and converts. You will be instrumental in ensuring our magazine is the primary source of truth for real estate information across Africa.
Working within the context of the Nigerian market—including Abuja, Ogun State, Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Delta—you will conduct deep research to uncover what people are truly looking for in the property sector. You will not just be looking for volume, but for intelligence and patterns that help us build a geography-aware publication. Your research will directly inform our content strategy and help establish our magazine as an industry authority.

Key Requirements
Expert-level knowledge of the real estate industry and search intent.
Ability to identify and capitalize on hidden keyword opportunities.
Proven experience in SEO research and content optimization.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console.
Ability to turn technical SEO data into actionable content strategies.
Strong research skills focused on finding truths in the real estate market.
Understanding of how to rank content in competitive African markets.
Capacity to work as a founding builder in a raw startup environment.
Experience in competitor analysis and market gap identification.
Exceptional attention to detail and a data-first approach to content.
