Plot Insider is looking for a Growth Manager who thinks in systems rather than guesses. As a founding member in Kenya, you will be responsible for growing our platforms, communities, and influence using a rigorous process of data, testing, and iteration. We are not interested in vanity metrics; we are building momentum and real influence in the African real estate sector.
You will step into a system that is still forming, giving you the leverage to help create the strategies that will define our growth. You must have a strong understanding of how to use data to inform decisions and a deep familiarity with the real estate landscape in Kenya. This is a role for a builder who understands that starting small is a strategic advantage for building something that will last.

Key Requirements
In-depth real estate knowledge within the Kenyan and African markets.
Proven ability to build and scale platforms using data-driven systems.
Expertise in using A/B testing and iteration to drive growth.
Strong focus on building influence and community over vanity metrics.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex user data.
Experience in growth marketing or business development for startups.
Ability to work with high levels of responsibility and autonomy.
Proficiency in growth and marketing automation tools.
Strong understanding of the digital landscape in East Africa.
Commitment to establishing the foundational growth standards of the company.
