Platinum Medical Care Hospital is seeking dedicated Medical Doctors to join our clinical team in Morogoro. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, diagnosing various medical conditions, and developing effective treatment plans while ensuring adherence to medical ethics and standards. This role requires working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, attendants, and specialists to improve patient outcomes within our expanding healthcare facility.
Candidates will participate in ward rounds, outpatient clinics, and emergency services as needed. Key Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from a recognized institution
Valid registration with the Medical Council of Tanganyika (MCT)
Previous experience in clinical practice is preferred
Proficiency in both English and Swahili languages
Current BLS/ACLS certification
Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of ethical conduct and professionalism
Commitment to providing patient-centered care
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Basic computer literacy for electronic medical records
