Our hospital is seeking Laboratory Assistants to join the diagnostic department in Morogoro. You will be responsible for collecting patient samples, preparing them for analysis, and performing basic laboratory tests under supervision. Accuracy and adherence to strict safety and quality protocols are paramount to ensure reliable diagnostic results for our patients.

Key Requirements
Certificate in Laboratory Science or related field
Practical skills in sample collection and phlebotomy
Competency in basic clinical laboratory testing
Knowledge of laboratory equipment maintenance
Accuracy in data entry and results documentation
Strict adherence to biohazard safety protocols
Basic understanding of laboratory quality control
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective communication within a clinical team
Registration with the Health Laboratory Practitioners Board
