Platinum HR Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Purchase Manager to join our operations in the Winery Industry. This role is a strategic opportunity based in Tanzania, designed for a professional who thrives in international business environments and is capable of managing complex supply chain networks to support high-quality wine production. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire procurement lifecycle, ensuring that all winery materials and services are sourced efficiently and sustainably to meet production goals.
The successful candidate will be expected to drive cost-effective strategies, maintain strong relationships with global suppliers, and optimize inventory turnover. The position requires a candidate who is comfortable operating across borders and can adapt to the specific logistical demands of the winery sector. While interviews will be held in Mehsana, Gujarat, the primary duty station is Tanzania. The role offers a competitive salary of up to ₹75,000 per month, contingent upon qualifications and relevant experience in the field.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in procurement or strategic sourcing roles.
Proven expertise in managing vendor relationships and negotiating high-value contracts.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective supply chain strategies.
Strong understanding of inventory control systems and material forecasting.
Proficiency in ERP software and advanced data analysis tools.
Ability to travel internationally and work effectively in diverse business environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
Deep understanding of the specific procurement challenges within the winery or food and beverage industry.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight production deadlines.
