Key Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration or any other Business-related field.
At least two (2) years of practical experience in sales and marketing.
Practical proficiency in standard computer applications.
Proven ability to coach, lead, and effectively manage a team.
Strong customer care and interpersonal skills.
Solid analytical, communication, and reporting abilities.
Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
Ability to recruit and train new members of the Sales Team.
Capacity to monitor sales portfolio performance against company standards.
