DATA ANALYST & SALES SUPPORT OFFICER @ PLATINUM CREDIT LTD
Platinum Credit Ltd is seeking a dedicated Data Analyst & Sales Support Officer to join our Business Development department in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth by transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams, providing the analytical support necessary to refine our strategies and improve overall performance. Your responsibilities include meticulous data management, ensuring that all information is processed efficiently and adheres to strict data protection regulations.
Beyond data analysis, you will act as a support pillar for the Business Development team by providing administrative assistance and participating in inter-departmental collaboration. We are looking for an individual who is not only skilled in quantitative analysis but also possesses the communication skills to translate complex data findings into business recommendations. By contributing to quality marketing data collection and addressing internal audit requirements, you will play a significant role in the continuous improvement of our operational standards.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or sales support
Proficiency in data visualization software and database management tools
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Knowledge of data protection policies and regulatory compliance
Exceptional communication skills for reporting findings to management
Ability to manage administrative tasks within a business development environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Collaborative mindset for working across different corporate departments
