Platinum Credit Limited, a leading microfinance institution in East Africa, is looking for a Social Media & Internal Communication Trainee to join its team at the Head Office in Dar es Salaam. The primary focus of this role is to enhance the company's business operations efficiency by establishing and managing its online presence. The trainee will be responsible for building brand value across social media platforms through strategic marketing and the promotion of financial products and services using creative visual and written content.

The successful candidate will engage in creating and posting photos, infographics, designs, and text-based posts tailored to the company's target audience. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital marketing and internal communications within the microfinance sector. The role requires a candidate who can stay ahead of social media trends to ensure the company remains competitive and maintains a professional brand image in the regional market.

Key Requirements

At least a Diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, or Business Administration from a recognized institution. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply for this trainee position. Alternatively, at least 2 years of experience in business marketing and promotions using designs and graphics.
