ENUMERATORS (KISARAWE) 5 POSTS @ PLAN INTERNATIONAL
Plan International Tanzania is looking for five dedicated enumerators to assist in the End line Evaluation of the Strategic Program Area Development (SPAD) project located in Kisarawe. The selected candidates will be responsible for high-quality data collection, attending comprehensive training sessions, and assisting with the pre-testing of survey tools. This role requires individuals who can effectively administer structured questionnaires and conduct both Focus Group Discussions and Key Informant Interviews with various community stakeholders to gather essential project data.
Key responsibilities include ensuring digital data entry via tablets or smartphones and maintaining the integrity of sampling procedures through rigorous quality assurance checks. Enumerators must facilitate discussions with diverse groups, including children and persons with disabilities, while strictly adhering to Plan International’s safeguarding policies and maintaining participant confidentiality. Permanent residents of Kisarawe with a strong background in both Swahili and English translation are encouraged to join this project to help drive community development through accurate reporting.

Key Requirements
Must be a graduate from the years 2023 – 2025.
Must be a permanent resident of Kisarawe.
University-level experience in both qualitative and quantitative data collection methodologies.
Demonstrated experience in Swahili to English translation for reporting purposes.
Ability to facilitate community-level discussions and lead focus groups.
Strong English writing and communication skills for professional documentation.
Proficiency in using digital devices such as tablets, smartphones, or computers for questionnaires.
Must have no history of criminal issues, including child abuse or theft.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including children and PWDs.
Willingness to attend intensive training sessions on PIT policies and tools.
