The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and nurturing robust dealer and distributor networks, managing field sales operations, and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets. The role demands extensive travel, particularly to upcountry locations, to identify new opportunities, foster client relationships, and ensure the widespread adoption of seed products. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in seed marketing or agricultural input sales
Strong technical knowledge of hybrid seed marketing
Experience in developing dealer/distributor networks
Managing field sales operations
Proven track record of achieving business growth
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Comfortable being stationed in upcountry locations
Traveling extensively across regions
Passion for agriculture, market development, and building strong distribution networks
