WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR @ PISTON MEDICAL
Piston Medical is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our pharmaceutical warehouse, ensuring that all sterile products are stored and handled in strict accordance with international standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will lead a team of warehouse staff, overseeing inventory accuracy and coordinating with the procurement department to ensure a seamless supply chain flow.

Key Requirements
Degree in Procurement & Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven warehouse experience, specifically in a pharmaceutical or sterile products environment.
Working knowledge of SAP ERP systems for inventory and logistics management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certification is a strong advantage.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a warehouse team.
In-depth understanding of storage requirements for pharmaceutical and sterile materials.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in high-stakes environments.
Ability to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Strong communication skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
