LABORATORY TECHNICIAN (5 POSITIONS) @ PIO SPECIALISED POLYCLINIC
PIO Specialised Polyclinic is currently seeking 5 highly skilled and dedicated Laboratory Technicians to join our medical team. As a vital member of our diagnostic services, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely laboratory testing to support clinical decision-making. Key Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Medical Laboratory Sciences from a recognized institution.
Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) of Tanzania (BMLT).
Valid practicing license from the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Laboratory Technician in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting.
Proficiency in using modern laboratory equipment and quality control procedures.
Membership with a relevant professional association (added advantage).
Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Ability to maintain accurate medical records and electronic data entry.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with medical staff.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
