In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-performing video content for a diverse range of clients, including real estate agents, legal professionals, financial advisors, and various business entities. Your goal will be to transform raw footage into engaging, viral-ready clips that capture audience attention and drive brand growth through platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule, requiring you to be in-office from Monday to Wednesday and working from home on Thursdays and Fridays. You will work closely with our content strategy team to ensure every video aligns with client goals and platform best practices. Key Requirements
Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Proven experience in creating and optimizing short-form content for social media platforms.
Ability to add engaging captions, dynamic transitions, and high-quality sound effects.
Strong storytelling skills with a focus on maintaining high viewer retention rates.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics and branding.
Ability to adhere to a hybrid work schedule including three days of in-office presence.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse clients and team members.
Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Portfolio demonstrating previous successful work in the short-form video niche.
