PILGRAM GROUP INTERNATIONAL (PGI) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales & Key Accounts Executive to lead its sales efforts within the HORECA and foodservice sectors in Zanzibar. This senior leadership role is central to PGI's mission of becoming the leading supplier to the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities with high-end hotels, resorts, and restaurants, while also nurturing and expanding existing key account relationships to drive sustainable growth.

The role demands a proactive "new-business hunter" who is equally adept at long-term relationship management. Key responsibilities include conducting client visits, delivering product presentations, and sampling to decision-makers like chefs and F&B managers. You will be expected to increase product penetration, track market trends, and provide valuable insights to support the company's purchasing and expansion strategies. Key Requirements

5-7+ years of professional B2B sales experience in a high-growth environment. Strong background in the hospitality or foodservice industry, specifically targeting HORECA clients. Proven track record of winning, managing, and growing high-value strategic accounts. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with senior-level decision-makers. Proficiency in CRM software usage and maintaining detailed sales reporting and pipelines. Previous experience in food, meat, frozen goods, or FMCG supply chains. Possession of an existing professional network within the Zanzibar or Tanzania hospitality sector. Ability to work closely with chefs and procurement teams to understand product needs. High level of commercial acumen and a target-driven mindset focused on profitability. Self-managed and disciplined with the ability to take full ownership of the sales cycle.
