BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (CONSTRUCTION & FABRICATION) - 1 POSITION @ PHOENIX AXIS

The primary responsibility of this position is to proactively identify and secure high-value contracts and generate orders, driving growth for the firm in a competitive market environment.
The ideal candidate will leverage their engineering background to navigate the technical requirements of construction projects. You will be expected to manage the entire business development lifecycle, from lead generation to project acquisition. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
At least 6 to 8 years of solid business development experience within the UAE construction industry.
Proven track record in securing high-value contracts for steel fabrication projects.
Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.
Strong preference for candidates who own their own vehicle for business mobility.
Must be currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews.
Capacity for immediate joining or a very short notice period.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills within the technical contracting sector.
Deep understanding of the UAE construction and fabrication market dynamics.
Ability to work independently to identify and qualify new project leads.
