PROJECT MANAGER @ PHARMA PROS NETWORK
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead the implementation of state-of-the-art Pharma Manufacturing Facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing international projects specifically located in Kenya and Colombia while being based in Hyderabad. This role requires a professional with a strong engineering background and at least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale facility construction within the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will ensure that all technical and regulatory standards are met during the project lifecycle.The core responsibilities include comprehensive project planning, execution, and meticulous budgeting to ensure project cost control. You will act as the primary liaison between civil consultants, contractors, and internal departments to facilitate layout finalization and equipment procurement. Furthermore, you will oversee construction activities on-site and handle statutory approvals and validation activities to ensure all facilities meet international compliance standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact infrastructure projects globally. Mentioned project locations include Kenya and Colombia.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in industrial project management.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is mandatory.
Direct experience in the implementation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facilities is preferred.
Proven track record in strategic project planning and successful execution.
Strong financial acumen for budgeting and rigorous project cost control.
Experience in coordinating with civil consultants for layout and design finalization.
Ability to manage and supervise contractors during facility construction phases.
Strong coordination skills with internal teams for utility and equipment procurement.
Familiarity with statutory authority liaison for approvals and permits.
Capability to oversee validation activities and ensure project compliance.
