Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the FMCG manufacturing sector.
Expertise in warehouse management software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Demonstrated proficiency in inventory auditing and reconciliation processes.
Proven ability to lead and motivate large warehouse and logistics teams.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex distribution data.
Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
Deep understanding of safety compliance and health regulations in a yard environment.
Problem-solving capabilities regarding logistics, transportation, and last-mile delivery issues.
Strategic planning skills for optimizing storage space and distribution routes.
