PLANNER/CMA (1 POSITION) @ PGN CAREER SOLUTIONS
We are seeking a Planner/CMA to join our power generation team at PGN CAREER SOLUTIONS. This role is essential for the effective scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities to ensure maximum plant availability. You will be responsible for planning resources, managing work orders, and ensuring that all maintenance is performed in a timely and efficient manner. The Planner/CMA works closely with the technical and engineering teams to align maintenance schedules with operational needs. By optimizing the maintenance planning process, you will help reduce downtime and ensure that all spare parts and tools are available when needed for critical repairs.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Management
Experience in maintenance planning or asset management systems
Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Understanding of power generation maintenance workflows
Knowledge of inventory control and logistics management
Ability to analyze performance data for planning optimization
Excellent communication skills for cross-department coordination
Experience with safety protocols and Permit-to-Work systems
Analytical approach to solving scheduling and resource conflicts
