ON-SITE ENGINEER - ELECTRICAL (5 POSITIONS) @ PGN CAREER SOLUTIONS
PGN Career Solutions is seeking 5 qualified Electrical Engineers to join our power generation maintenance team on a short-term contract basis. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing electrical systems, ensuring operational efficiency, and conducting preventative maintenance in power plant environments. This role requires technical expertise in electrical distribution and industrial equipment maintenance. You will be expected to work effectively within an on-site team, supporting continuous power supply operations in our Tanga, Tabora, and Mwanza facilities. The role demands strict adherence to safety protocols and the ability to diagnose complex electrical failures quickly. Candidates will contribute to high-performance maintenance cycles in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in power generation or industrial electrical systems.
Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
Knowledge of Permit-to-Work procedures.
Understanding of LOTO safety protocols.
Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment.
Strong root cause analysis (RCA) skills.
Ability to work effectively on-site in diverse locations.
Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
