Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and distribution roles.
Valid Class C or Class E Driving Licence.
Proficiency in English communication skills.
Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and ability to perform routine checks.
Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle cash and manage sales transactions.
Familiarity with local routes and delivery schedules in Mwanza.
