Key Requirements
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is mandatory.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an FMCG or similar fast-paced environment.
Deep understanding and practical knowledge of VAT, PAYE, and corporate tax regulations.
Previous experience in managing and coordinating internal and external audit processes.
Proficiency in ERP systems, with SAP experience considered a significant advantage.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy in financial reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex compliance issues.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict regulatory deadlines.
