We are seeking a highly skilled Facets EDI Consultant to join our healthcare technology team in a remote capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Electronic Data Interchange processes within the Facets platform, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance with healthcare standards. This role requires a deep understanding of EDI protocols and the ability to leverage SQL for complex data tasks to support business operations and technical integration projects.
The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot EDI issues, implement system enhancements, and support healthcare claims processing workflows. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in the Facets core administration system and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions in a fast-paced environment. Key Requirements
Extensive experience with the Facets core administration system.
Proficiency in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) standards and processes.
Advanced SQL skills for data querying, analysis, and reporting.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry standards and compliance regulations.
Hands-on experience with ANSI X12 transactions such as 837, 834, and 835.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
Prior experience in healthcare claims processing and insurance workflows.
