GENDER AND SOCIAL INCLUSION SPECIALIST @ PFI COMPANY
The Gender and Social Inclusion Specialist will ensure that gender-responsive strategies are integrated into all aspects of energy access programs. The specialist will conduct gender analysis, identify barriers to clean cooking adoption, and design interventions that promote social inclusion. This role requires close coordination with diverse communities and institutions to drive equitable energy outcomes in Tanzania.
Key Requirements
Advanced qualification in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, or related field
Demonstrated experience in energy access or clean cooking sectors
Expertise in gender analysis and social inclusion frameworks
Experience in gender-responsive monitoring and evaluation
Strong community engagement and interview skills
Ability to produce inclusive policy recommendations
Understanding of gender dynamics in Tanzanian households
Strong report writing and advocacy skills
Collaborative attitude working with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods
