The Plant Mechanical Supervisor will direct shift-based mechanical maintenance activities focused on critical process plant equipment, including crushers, mills, pumps, gearboxes, and conveyors. This role requires a hands-on leader to maintain high standards of performance.
Your duties include supervising mechanical crews and contractors, overseeing the execution of shutdowns and startups, scoping emergency and breakdown repairs, and driving the upskilling of your team to maintain high operational availability.

Key Requirements
10+ years post-trade experience as a Mechanical Fitter
5+ years supervisory experience in gold processing plants
Certified Mechanical Fitter
Medical screening clearance
Valid driver's license
Adherence to site HSE standards
Willingness to travel/train
Flexibility for shift work
Strong diagnostic and technical skills
People management expertise
