PLANT ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR @ PERSEUS MINING (TANZANIA) LIMITED
The Plant Electrical Supervisor will direct shift-based repair, calibration, and maintenance of all plant electrical, instrumentation, and control systems. This role ensures the electrical integrity and continuous operation of the gold processing facility.
Core responsibilities involve supervising plant electricians and instrument technicians, executing both preventative and breakdown tasks, and ensuring that all inspection records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with safety regulations.

Key Requirements
10+ years post-trade experience as a Process Electrician/Instrument Tech
5+ years supervisory experience in gold processing plants
Electrician Trade qualification
Dual Electrician/Instrumentation trade preferred
Medical screening clearance
Valid driver's license
Adherence to site HSE standards
Willingness to travel/train
Flexibility for shift work
Advanced troubleshooting skills
