TSF SUPERVISOR @ PERSEUS MINING LIMITED
Perseus Mining Limited is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced TSF Supervisor to oversee the construction and operational activities of the Tailings Storage Facility (TSF). The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that all tailings management processes are executed with the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance. This position requires active engagement with various stakeholders, including construction teams, engineering consultants, and senior management, to deliver projects that meet both operational goals and strict environmental standards.
In addition to operational oversight, the TSF Supervisor will be responsible for the documentation and quality control of civil infrastructure works, ensuring adherence to the Perseus Tailings Management Standard. The role demands technical proficiency in monitoring tailings systems, participating in risk assessments, and conducting inspections to support long-term site stability. You will be expected to provide expert guidance and on-the-job training to site personnel, ensuring all team members are aligned with the company's commitment to excellence and safety.

Key Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Science (Geotechnical, Civil, Environmental)
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
Proven experience in civil or geotechnical engineering projects
Strong communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development
Experience in construction and operation of mine tailings projects
Knowledge of international tailings management standards such as GISTM
Ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in emergency action planning and risk assessment methodologies
