QUANTITY SURVEYOR @ PERITUS EXIM
Peritus Exim is seeking a professional Quantity Surveyor to join our infrastructure development team in Tanzania. This role is central to our project delivery, focusing on managing all financial and contractual aspects of civil engineering and infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for preparing initial cost estimates, managing project budgets, and ensuring that all construction work is completed within the stipulated financial constraints while adhering to the highest quality standards.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in quantity surveying.
Proficiency in preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement methodologies.
Ability to manage project budgets and monitor monthly expenditures.
Experience in conducting accurate site measurements and valuations.
Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
Strong negotiation abilities for dealing with contractors and suppliers.
Demonstrated experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects in Tanzania.
