CIVIL ENGINEER @ PERITUS EXIM PVT LTD
Peritus Exim Pvt Ltd is hiring a Civil Engineer to oversee operations at our various project sites. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least five years of practical experience in the construction industry. The engineer will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring structural integrity, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle. The position is based on-site in Tanzania, requiring the candidate to be mobile and ready to manage field operations across different project locations. Key duties include project planning, technical supervision, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. We are looking for a leader who can effectively manage technical teams and solve complex engineering challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in civil engineering
Extensive experience in construction site management and supervision
Strong proficiency in structural design and engineering analysis
Comprehensive understanding of project planning and execution
In-depth knowledge of construction materials and quality testing
Strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D software
Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate technical teams and contractors
Excellent skills in technical reporting and project documentation
Proven problem-solving abilities in a dynamic on-site environment
