Key Requirements
Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tendering and proposal development.
Deep understanding of the bidding lifecycle for government and private tenders.
Ability to perform comprehensive risk analysis of tender documents.
Expertise in precise cost estimation and pricing for engineering projects.
Experience in assembling both technical and commercial bid packages.
Strong coordination skills to manage input from vendors and subcontractors.
Working knowledge of local procurement laws and regulations in Tanzania.
Exceptional writing and presentation skills for creating professional documents.
Ability to manage multiple high-priority tender deadlines simultaneously.
