PROJECT MANAGER @ PERITUS EXIM INFRASTRUCTURE INNOVATION INTEGRATION
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with over two decades of experience to lead our most complex infrastructure projects in Tanzania, including water, roads, and building construction. This executive-level position requires a visionary leader who can oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment with company goals and client expectations. You will be responsible for the overall success of multiple projects, managing high-level budgets, and fostering strong relationships with government bodies and international partners. Key Requirements
B-tech in Civil Engineering.
20+ years of extensive experience in water, road, and building construction projects.
Proven track record of strategic leadership in high-value infrastructure project execution.
Comprehensive experience in end-to-end project lifecycle management.
Advanced stakeholder management skills with experience in client and government relations.
Expert knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2.
Ability to provide oversight for multiple concurrent project sites and internal departments.
Advanced proficiency in financial planning, project accounting, and profitability management.
Deep understanding of both international and local Tanzanian engineering standards.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and public presentation skills.
