FINANCE MANAGER @ PERITUS EXIM
Peritus Exim is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee our Banking and Financial Controllership operations in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing financial health, reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations across the organization. This position is vital for driving the strategic financial direction of the company and ensuring all fiscal operations align with our growth objectives in the Tanzanian market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of banking protocols and internal financial controls. You will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis team, managing the day-to-day accounting functions, and providing insightful financial reporting to senior management to support informed business decision-making. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial management.
Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Deep knowledge of banking sector regulations in Tanzania.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial accounting software.
Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage and lead a finance team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
