FINANCE MANAGER @ PERITUS EXIM
PERITUS EXIM is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our operations in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of banking relationship management and financial controllership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing banking relationships, managing cash flows, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and providing strategic financial oversight to support our infrastructure projects across Asia and Africa.
The successful candidate will act as a primary point of coordination between our India-based accounting team, local CPAs, and executive leadership. You will be expected to drive financial excellence by monitoring budget performance, managing credit facilities, and maintaining a proactive approach to project financing. Key Requirements
B.Com, MBA in Finance, or CA Inter qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance with exposure to banking or credit facilities.
Proven experience in managing working capital, Bank Guarantees (BGs), and Letters of Credit (LCs).
Strong analytical skills with experience in preparing MIS dashboards and financial forecasts.
Ability to coordinate effectively with international and local accounting teams.
Proven track record in managing tax and statutory compliance in a local jurisdiction.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Persistent and solution-oriented mindset for negotiating financial deals.
Proficiency in project-wise budgeting and tracking actual versus planned expenditure.
Ability to maintain high performance and professional integrity under pressure.
