Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

3 years of relevant HR experience
Good communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to support recruitment and onboarding processes
Experience in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Familiarity with performance management and employee relations
Knowledge of labor regulations and company policy compliance
Ability to prepare HR reports and administrative documentation
