QUANTITY SURVEYOR @ PERITUS ENGINEERING TZ LIMITED
Peritus Engineering Tz Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Moshi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding project scopes, managing BOQs, and overseeing project budgets to ensure maximum profitability. You will play a crucial role in material control, monthly billing processes, and sub-contractor management, ensuring that all financial and operational documentation is meticulously maintained and reported.
In addition to project accounting, the Quantity Surveyor will provide procurement support and analyze commercial risks to mitigate potential contractual disputes. This role requires a professional who can operate efficiently under pressure while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy in project costing and data management. You will be expected to produce detailed reports and support the company's tender processes, ensuring all proposals align with project requirements and company objectives.

Key Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 8 years of total professional experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Quantity Surveying profile
Strong commercial and analytical aptitude
Practical, logical, and methodical approach to work
Proficiency in advanced computer software and project management tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage interpersonal relationships with sub-contractors and clients
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines
Strong understanding of contractual claims and dispute resolution
