PROJECT MANAGER (ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE) @ PERITUS ENGINEERING TZ LIMITED
Peritus Engineering Tz Limited is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager specializing in Road Infrastructure projects to oversee and execute major construction initiatives in Moshi, Tanzania. The successful candidate will have full ownership of project life cycles, ensuring timely completion, strict adherence to technical and administrative standards, financial control, and rigorous safety management.
Key responsibilities include managing complex road infrastructure projects, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, ensuring effective vendor and subcontractor management, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. The Project Manager will utilize industry-best practices to drive efficiency, assist in securing new contracts through proposal engineering, and provide transparent progress reports to company management.

Key Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 20 years of total experience in the construction sector.
Minimum 5-7 years of specific experience as a Project Manager in road infrastructure.
Proven ability to manage contracts, BOQs, specifications, and project scope.
Strong understanding of survey coordination and construction drawings.
Proficiency in manpower, resource, and financial cost control.
Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder and client management.
Expertise in statutory compliance and safety regulations.
Advanced proficiency in project documentation and database maintenance.
Ability to lead teams and ensure subordinate efficiency.
