EXPERIENCED PRIMARY TEACHER (2 POSITIONS) @ PERFECTWAY SCHOOLS
Perfectway Schools is currently seeking two qualified, competent, and passionate individuals to join our academic team as Experienced Primary Teachers at our campus in Chamwino Ikulu, Dodoma. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction, specifically focusing on Mathematics and English, while maintaining a professional and mature classroom environment. We are looking for educators who are committed to long-term stability and professional growth within our reputable institution. The salary for this position is TZS 600,000 per month. In addition to the base salary, the school provides an extensive benefits package designed to support our staff. These benefits include free tuition and transport for one child, daily transport from the school to the teacher's residence, and comprehensive relocation support including the transport of personal belongings. The school also offers three months of house rent support and performance-based incentives to reward dedication and excellence in teaching.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care from a recognized university
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a reputable school environment
Fluent in both spoken and written English at a professional level
Strong ability and proven track record in teaching Mathematics and English
Proven leadership skills, professionalism, and maturity in workplace interactions
Must be responsible, committed, and stable (family-oriented candidates preferred)
Willingness to relocate to or reside in the Chamwino Ikulu area of Dodoma
Ability to develop and implement engaging lesson plans according to the curriculum
Effective communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues
Commitment to participating in school events and extracurricular activities
Skill in monitoring and reporting on student progress and academic development
