SALES PERSONNEL / SHOP ATTENDANT @ PERFECT HR CONSULTANCY
We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Sales Personnel/Shop Attendant to join our retail team in Dodoma. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day shop operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will interact with a diverse clientele, managing transactions and maintaining the professional appearance of our shop. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for retail and a commitment to high-quality service standards. The monthly salary offered for this position ranges from 300,000 to 500,000 TZS depending on experience, responsibilities, and individual performance. Key Requirements
Possess at least a Form Four Certificate or higher.
Demonstrated experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
Proficiency in using computers, POS systems, and smartphones.
Strong communication skills with a cheerful and confident personality.
Proven integrity and accountability in managing finances and stock.
Ability to use WhatsApp Business for professional customer engagement.
Skill in taking high-quality product photos/videos for social media content.
Willingness to learn about skincare, haircare, and retail product lines.
Ability to perform professional upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures.
